•How hot is it?
Get ready to sweat! Our Heat, Sweet Heat and Twisted Fusion classes are 99°! Our Flex class is 92° and our Chill classes are about 80-85º.
•Do you have a beginners class?
Our Sweet Heat class is the perfect place for beginners to start. It’s sweeter, gentler, and slower paced than our other classes. Sweet Heat is the perfect class for all levels, whether you’re brand new and looking for guidance or you’ve been practicing for years and you want to slow things down. We have a Variety of Classes for every level.
•Do I have to sign up for classes online?
Walk-ins are welcome, but class sizes are limited, so we recommend reserving your spot online. Signing up for classes is easy! Just go to our Schedule Page and you can sign up right through our website or click on the links to download our free app! We’d love for you to download the app or create an account through our schedule page before coming to the studio for the first time. It’ll make signing in for your first class simpler. Are you coming with a member who has free friend passes? We’d still love for you to create an account through our website or app. Then just call ahead to let us know you are coming. Make sure you are familiar with our Check-in Policies
•What should I bring with me?
Bring your yoga mat and some water! Some people like to bring a hand towel and/or a larger towel to cover their entire mat to prevent slipping. Due to covid-19, we do not have mat/towel rentals, but we do sell high-quality slip-resistant Manduka mats and towels. Find The Perfect Mat!
•What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. Form fitting clothing is typically better than loose fitting for yoga. We also recommend moisture-wicking synthetic fabrics over cotton, because cotton gets really wet and heavy after a hot yoga session. You don’t need socks or shoes.
•Where do I set my mat down in class?
When you walk into the yoga room, you’ll notice little trees on the floor. Line a tree up with the back-center of your mat so there is plenty of room for everyone in class.
•Do you have an age requirement?
Yogis 16 years and older are welcome.
