The hottest workout in town! This is a Heat class with hand weights, resistance bands and cardio incorporated into the flow for added strength and sculpting benefits. Expect high-energy and a fun playlist! This class is open to all levels, but if you’re new to yoga, we recommend you take at least a couple of Heat classes first. 92°, ~45% humidity. Yin+Guided Meditation. This class consists of 50 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation. In Yin, we go sloooooooowwwww with floor poses that are held for longer periods of time—up to 5 minutes. This is yoga for the connective tissue, not the muscles. This is the perfect way to end your day and enter a state of complete relaxation. All levels welcome. 85°, No Added Humidity. See it in action!
Hip Hop Heat
A Heat class set to the beat of hip hop music. We crank up the jams + turn up the energy while you flow. Playlists will be unfiltered so expect occasional profanity. All levels welcome. 99°, ~45% humidity.
Heat + Chill = 75 minutes of pure Twisted bliss. 35 minutes of a firey flow and 30 minutes of yin-inspired holds topped off with 10 minutes of guided meditation & savasana. All levels welcome. The room will start at 99° and gradually cool down throughout class.
