We offer a variety of classes ranging in intensity levels. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat, we have a class for you!
Vinyasa yoga. In this powerful class, you’ll connect breath with movement, build strength, improve your balance, increase flexibility and relax your mind. All levels welcome. 99°, ~45% humidity. See it in action!
A slower, more relaxing version of our Heat class. This class is perfect for a beginner looking to dip their toes into yoga or an experienced yogi looking to slow things down. 99°, ~45% humidity.
The hottest workout in town! This is a Heat class with hand weights + cardio incorporated into the flow for added strength and sculpting benefits. Expect high-energy and a fun playlist! This class is open to all levels, but if you’re new to yoga, we recommend you take at least a couple of Heat classes first. 92°, ~45% humidity. See it in action!
The best of both worlds! In our signature set sequence, we combine vinyasa yoga with our variation of the 26 original hot yoga postures. We start by connecting breath and movement with sun salutations and then move into a balance-focused standing series where you’ll hold poses for longer periods of time. Also included: A core sequence, back bends and hip openers. This well-rounded class is designed to leave you feeling perfectly balanced. Yin+Guided Meditation. This candlelit class consists of 50 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation. In Yin, we go sloooooooowwwww with floor poses that are held for longer periods of time—up to 5 minutes. This is yoga for the connective tissue, not the muscles. This is the perfect way to end your day and enter a state of complete relaxation. All levels welcome. 85°, No Added Humidity. See it in action!
