Coming to select early morning and noon classes this Fall…Our traditional Heat class without the heat! This 45-minute class is perfect if you need a little yoga before work or on your lunch break, but don’t have time for a shower! The room will still be warm from previous classes, so you won’t sweat, you’ll sparkle. 80-85°, No added humidity.
The hottest workout in town! This is a Heat class with hand weights incorporated into the flow for added strength and sculpting benefits. Expect high-energy and a fun playlist! This class is open to all levels, but if you’re new to yoga, we recommend you take at least a couple of Heat classes first. 92°, ~45% humidity. See it in action!
In this Twisted signature set sequence, we combine vinyasa yoga with our variation of the 26 original hot yoga postures. We start by connecting breath and movement with sun salutations and then move into a balance-focused standing series where you’ll hold poses for longer periods of time. Also included: A core sequence, back bends and hip openers. This well-rounded class is designed to leave you feeling perfectly balanced. All levels welcome, but we recommend taking a few Heat classes first. 99°, ~45% humidity. See it in action!
Our traditional “Heat” class for just $8. This class fills up, so we encourage you to sign up online! This class is free if you have a membership. If you don’t have a membership or current package, you will be asked to pay in order to reserve your spot! 99°, ~45% humidity.
Yin+Guided Meditation. This candlelit class consists of 50 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation. In Yin, we go sloooooooowwwww with floor poses that are held for longer periods of time—up to 5 minutes. This is yoga for the connective tissue, not the muscles. This is the perfect way to end your day and enter a state of complete relaxation. All levels welcome. 85°, No Added Humidity. See it in action!
